Terms of Service

General

  1. By playing on agario.lgdz.synology.me, you agree to the collection of basic data, including:
    • Email address
    • IP address
    • Payment information (PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.)
    • In-game purchases

    This data is stored solely for reference purposes and to be used in support situations where any of this information may be necessary to resolve an issue.

  2. Any data mentioned in the previous point can only be viewed by agario.lgdz.synology.me administrators and will never be shared with third parties.
  3. Your password is stored using a strong encryption method and cannot be viewed by anyone, including administrators.
  4. Your email address will never be shared with third parties, nor will it be used to send unsolicited emails.

Account

  1. Only one account is permitted per user. Any additional accounts are no longer considered valid under the Terms of Service and may be deleted when discovered.
  2. Accounts registered with an invalid email address are no longer considered valid under the Terms of Service. This means that support cannot be provided if needed.
  3. Your account must be used only by you. Any notification of account sharing, trading, giving away, or any action that involves someone else using your account may result in the termination of said account. In such a situation, we will not offer any refunds.
  4. We do not support the transfer of accounts or any in-game content. This includes currencies used by agario.lgdz.synology.me, its skins, and its boosters.
  5. Any attempt to use names that cause the game to malfunction will result in the termination of your account and a permanent IP ban.
  6. Any attempt to obtain coins, skins, or boosters using illegal methods will result in the termination of your account and a permanent IP ban.

Social

  1. When using the global chat, please follow these rules:
    • Do not offend your fellow players.
    • Do not spam.
    • Do not use excessive profanity.
    • Do not harass other players.
    • Do not advertise.

    Failure to comply with these rules may and/or will result in the termination of your account.

  2. Do not spam a player with requests after they have rejected them, nor bother them with excessive messaging and similar behavior. If this is reported, we may block you from the social platform.

Game

  1. Play agario.lgdz.synology.me as it is intended. Using glitches and/or hacks could result in the termination of your account and a possible IP ban.
  2. Do not attempt to connect to our game servers through a program that is not the official agario.lgdz.synology.me client. If this is detected, it will result in the termination of your account and a permanent IP ban.

In-game Purchases

  1. Regarding any purchase made in agario.lgdz.synology.me:
    • Purchases are currently processed through PayPal, with credit/debit cards and SMS options coming soon
    • In case of payment errors, please contact [email protected].
    • Payments made for an account using false information will result in the termination of that account.
    • A payment account may be used to purchase items and/or currency on multiple accounts if those accounts belong to different players.
    • agario.lgdz.synology.me charges in US dollars. The value of this currency changes daily, so the conversion to your country's currency is not fixed.
  2. The purchase of time-limited items, such as boosters, is subject to refund. Please contact us for more information.
  3. Purchases are subject to a 72-hour refund policy. Please contact us for more information.
    • Purchases can only be refunded when none of the purchased items have been used. Example: A purchase of 30,000 coins must remain in your account when you request a refund.

Copyrighted Material

  1. Any copyrighted material we own, such as skins and game assets, is considered the property of agario.lgdz.synology.me. Therefore, using such content for profit will be considered a copyright violation and may result in legal action with a possible fine.
  2. Editing our material for the purpose of reusing it with profitable intent will be considered a copyright violation and may result in legal action with a possible fine.
